I met sweet Claire at the farmer’s market, and she said she need some photography, so I got two massages!!!!! I love having bodywork done, it eases the stress of doing and facilitates lovely relaxation. Claire has a healing presence and touch, she is so gentle and I felt a all over sense of well being.

Claire practices out of the house right on Division and 53rd. Mom’s can trade off bringing the kids to yoga, while another get to walk over and get some nurturing herself. The is never a bad time for massage. Claire shares the gorgeous space with her husband David who has his own acupuncture clinic with pictures of their three handsome boys.

I have been to the house that makes the most blissful brownies, ever! It is sweet,  with a sprinkle of chaos. Susan Sansom, the owner and creator of these heavenly goodies is a confectioner artist. Susan takes recipes and makes them all her very own, sometimes inspired by her customers. Anchovy, sundried tomato and walnut brownie, oh yes she did, and her customers loved them. Of course I am a believer at this point, I was sold after I had to sample her coconut macaroons with drizzled carmel and salt. 

Susan really understands sweets, and will custom make things for customers. A loyal customers buys all her sweets from Susan, asked her to make some carrot bread, easy on the chocolate chips, heavy on the walnuts, for her diabetic mother, of course Susan is happy to do that. She is thinking about her customers, biting into her concoctions and being in happy.

Who else would I want to buy my brownies from?
